Terms of Use

Lunch Break Club Ltd · Last updated: 9 May 2026

These are the terms for using Lunch Break Club ("the service"). They are written plainly and are not legal advice. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who we are

Lunch Break Club Ltd, a private limited company in England & Wales. Contact: hello@lunchbreakclub.co.uk.

What the service does

Short, opt-in tools and games — meeting prep, weekly resets, office politics scenarios, and an educational family wealth sketch. Some are free; some are part of a paid Pro subscription when that launches.

What the service is not

  • It is not regulated financial, legal, medical, tax, or HR advice.
  • It is not a substitute for talking to a qualified professional.
  • It is not a guaranteed outcome — it is a thinking aid.

See our Financial Education Disclaimer and AI Disclaimer for more.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the service for personal, lawful use.
  • Don't try to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or break the service.
  • Don't put other people's personal or sensitive data into the planners.
  • Decide for yourself whether any output is right for your situation.

Accounts and payment

If Pro is live and you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel from your account page; cancellation stops future billing and ends Pro access at the end of the current period. We may offer discounts, trials, or change pricing — current prices are on the pricing page.

Refunds

UK consumer rights apply. If you change your mind within 14 days of starting a paid subscription and have not used the Pro features, email us and we'll arrange a refund. After that, we don't usually refund mid-period — but ask us if there's a problem; we'd rather sort it.

Availability

We try to keep the service up but make no guarantee. Things may break, change, or be paused. The AI assist features depend on third-party providers and can fall back to a basic rules-based output.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Termination

You can stop using the service or close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts if these terms are broken or if we have to (legally or operationally).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
